Fee Schedule for Myofascial Release provided by Massage Therapist (RMT) Registered via College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO): Clients are 100% responsible for full payment, includes HST and merchant fees: 45 minutes treatment $125 60 minutes treatment $145 75 minutes treatment $170 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: To cancel or reschedule, please provide 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment and avoid an automatic charge equal to 50% of the cost for your scheduled session length. Fee payable by e-transfer. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you are late under 50% of your scheduled appointment length, you will be treated for the remaining time; this is due to the fact that all clients receive customized treatment sessions. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. If you miss 50% of the appointment length it is an automatic 50% charge as per no-show policy. INSURANCE & DIRECT-BILLING POLICY: Offered for insurers participating with Telus Health, Sunlife/Lumino Health and Provider Connect. If direct billing to the insurance carrier is unsuccessful, clients are responsible for full payment at their appointment. Parking follows Durham Region municipal by-laws. There will be no exceptions to these policies. |
